    Hi everyone,

I am having a major issue for the last few weeks. None of my subscribers are able to log into their accounts via the “My Account” page. It will just fall back into a “Login Loop” without any explanation or errors.

I have tried multiple different users, created new users to no avail. I have already deactivated all “Non Woocommerce” Plugins also to no avail. I also restored a past backup from a few weeks back and it still has this issue so I restored the latest backup.

I also rolled back just about all the plugins using WP Rollback and nothing seems to fix this issue. This all started the middle of September this year. All Plugins are all back to latest builds.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jlam01,

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

I understand how frustrating it can be when things are not working as expected and I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken so far.

In order to troubleshoot these issues further, here are some steps you can try to follow:

    • If you’re using a caching plugin or server-side caching, try disabling it temporarily to see if this resolves the issue.
    • If the issue persists after following the above steps, it might be a conflict with a plugin or theme. To rule this out,?create a staging site, then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like?Storefront. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the one causing the issue.
    • Check your WooCommerce and WordPress settings to ensure that the My Account page is correctly set. You can find this under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

Please be sure to create a backup before proceeding with any of the mentioned steps.

Let us know how this goes.

      Hi Rajesh,

I tried disabling all cache including server side and did not work. I also tried twenty twenty four theme, I also rolled back my existing theme including the php version to match and nothing has worked so far.

Every time I create a staging theme it never lets me log in, I used a staging plugin and tried my server side staging and either of them will let me log in. The odd thing now is that I can see that every time I try logging into the My Account page with a valid user, my WP Security plugin will show that those users are currently logged in however the page stays on the login screen so now I am trying to see whats going on with the endpoints as I have already checked this and all endpoints go where they are supposed to go from what I see.

      Hey @jlam01 ,

Are you seeing any console errors on the page when trying to log in? If so, please share those with us here. You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here

Can you try flushing your permalinks and see if that makes any difference? You can do this via Settings → Permalinks. Click “Save Changes” without making any actual changes there.

If that makes no difference, can you please share a clear screenshot of the?WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced Page setup?page.

Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Additionally, can you please share the following:

      • System Status Report:?You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
      • Fatal Error Log:?Please share any?fatal error logs?(if any) found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs

      Cheers!

      Hi Woo Team,

So I narrowed it down to Elementor Plugin. The odd thing is that when I deactivated it I still had the issue but I think the issue was that I was missing the WooCommerce Legacy REST API plugin, after I installed this then started rolling back Elementor it started working fine at Elementor 2.24.0, I upgraded to 2.24.4 which is working but if I go above this version it breaks the my account page for some reason.

      Hello @jlam01,

Great to hear that you have been able to isolate the problem to Elementor and that you’ve identified a specific version where the issue begins to occur.

Please note that Elementor is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help and support for third-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our?support scope. It would be best to contact the plugin support for further assistance.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

      Have a wonderful day!
