users to add jobs on page

Hi

Firstly excellent plugin, good job!

Can a page be created so that users can submit jobs, just like the users submitting their resumé by filling in fields on the page?

At the moment the admin has to add the jobs and then it gets displayed?

Also how to add or change fields in the resume area and the jobs area?

Can a Google type small map be displayed to shows were all the jobs are geographical?

You help will be appreciated very much.
