    We’re running a membership site that uses PayFast to process the membership payments after a 1 month free trial but we are considering switching to WooCommerce Subscriptions due to this ongoing issue. If the payment fails, we get an email from PayFast that the billing issue failed, but nothing is recorded in WordPress for the PMPro orders section. There isn’t any follow up order ID or any indication that there is a problem. Further to this, the user is still able to log in and browse through the protected pages of the site without being prompted to fix their billing.

    Is this expected behaviour? Is there perhaps a setting in PMPro that needs to be set to deactivate unpaid members?
