On mailpoet 2 there is a dedicated section of statistics in the subscriber’s page, that shows the list of newsletters and in which article of them a user has clicked, and how many times he did it.

I don’t see this part on mailpoet 3.

    Am I loosing something?
    Regards

    Hi there Flavio,

Detailed statistics are part of MailPoet premium, you can find out more in your wp-admin by clicking “MailPoet > Premium”.

    Thanks!

This is a critical flaw in MP3. There must be basic statistics to help eliminate deadbeat subscribers. This is not a premium feature, it’s a basic necessity.

I am a premium user, I don’t see user’s statistics as there are in Mailpoet 2.

    Hi Flavio,

If you’re a premium subscriber, MailPoet offers direct email support via their website here: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/

    Thanks!

ok, thankyou, I was thinking that was possible to talk about this also here.

    Sorry ??

    Hey Flavio,

You sure can talk about your issues here.

But since you’re a Premium user, you have the advantage to contact us directly via email and get a faster answer.

As we replied to you, we no longer have the detailed statistics for subscribers in MailPoet 3.

However, we still have the detailed statistics for each newsletter and you can check which subscribers clicked on each link and opened or not the newsletter.

You can also create Segments based on these filters, as you can read here Guide to Subscriber Segmentation

    Thanks!

    Hi, thankyou for the reply.

I think that it is a pity to not have that functionality anymore!
It was a strong marketing tool to know which post a single user clicked inside a newsletter…
Do you think that this feature could be added again in the future?

    Regards
    Flavio
