Thanks for your message.

I have seen this before but it only happens when there’s a plugin conflict. I would suggest deactivating all plugins and re-activating each plugin one by one and re-testing to find the offending plugin. If you find it, let me know so I can investigate and look to implement a fix.

We have had the same problem and found it is a conflict with the ultimate member plugin.
Additionally we don’t get any list when we enter text in the ‘Send to’ field.

Hi Jack,

I ran the update and I manage to get it working, but using a workaround.
– If I click in the field “Notification for” I still go down to the screen and there I can select a value.
– IF I type a letter in the “send to” field, I don’t get a list with results; but if I type part of a word and hit enter, I get the value and can continue to fill in the fields. (ie I type Admin, hit enter and I see the administrators as selected value)

Thanks for the video – that’s really helpful.

The issue you’re having is Ultimate Member overriding the styles for BNFW. The search icon that you can see when adding/editing a notification, for example, isn’t in BNFW – it’s being added by UM.

I would suggest getting in touch with the UM author(s) and asking them to ensure that their scripts and styles are only loaded on pages where Ultimate Member is required.
