    Just recently, I’ve had two different users report that they could not complete a purchase on my site. They fill out the name and card info, but when they click the PURCHASE button to complete the order, they say that nothing happens. One of those users said they tried a couple different browsers (same result) but they were able to complete the purchase from a different computer.

    Another user who reported the issue said that their security software eventually told them to “disconnect” from my site (which sounds weird).

    I was on WordPress 6.6.1 but just updated to 6.6.2 this morning, and all of my other plugins are up to date.

    Hi @lifeafter40clg

    Can you provide us with a link to the site and a download so we can give it a try on our end? If it’s working on a different browser, it makes me believe that there might be some caching involved on the site.

    If you have any caching plugins, please add the Checkout page as an exclusion so that it never gets cached.

    Hi.

    I tried the Checkout page and it worked correctly on my end. No issues there. I noticed that the site runs behind Cloudflare so you can try and follow this article https://easydigitaldownloads.com/docs/cloudflare/ and see if that helps with things.

    Thank you. I’m using WP Engine and after checking with their tech support, they indicate that my checkout page is excluded from cache automatically. I did discover that Webroot was marking my site as potentially unsafe and it appears they reference the BrightCloud Service for reputation scores. I got that resolved with BrightCloud and all seems well now with Webroot, so maybe all of that played a role for a few of my customers. Thanks for all the help!
