Users Ranks keep resetting

    Got strange issue here… In myCRED_page_settings under management, i run the function that assigns users to ranks… all goes well, ranks show, then a few days later if i look under ranks, none of the ranks have any users assigned… seems like it “resets” itself every odd day

    Hi.

    Does your users balances reset every other day as well?
    Are you running recurring payouts via the banking add-on?

    Have Central Logging going and network activated… no i just checked logs… I used your excellent, brilliant, incredible, awesome import from cubepoints to myCRED, that worked like a charm !!! I then set up my ranks, then ran the allocate utility in admin, that also worked fine, but as i said it seems to reset the users ranks every now and then, and i don’t see any pattern at this stage, users points remain fine so it is not resetting those

    Are you using the Master Template feature as well?
    Are you using the Banking add-on? It’s the only add-on I can think of that does something regularly with users balances.
