What did you change? Install extra plugins or changed some settings? Maybe try to revert back to previous settings one by one to determine why this stopped working.

It is impossible for me to know what has changed. And based on only this information there is not a lot I can do.

the only only update i made was upgrade the plugin didn’t make any changes. I rolled back the plugin to the version before and lost the change you made that was preventing the points from being calculated on the user ranking page

I did a quick check. You also changed the match to be open again. For the plugin your setup is not considered a real-life scenario (a match that is still open for editing and that has a match result filled in the admin), so this can lead to strange behavior.

If you close the match, then the score should re-appear.

how do you I close the match by entering the score?

Sorry, my answer is a bit unclear. What I meant, is that under normal circumstances a match is closed some time before the match starts (automatically based on the settings in the plugin). Then, some time later when the match has ended, an administrator fills in the end result. And that is when the score for a prediction will become visible.

But during testing you often already have the end result in the admin when the match didn’t even start according to the date/time for the match. That is not a real scenario of course.

ok i have a question because I am trying to understand fully how the plugin works. After a user makes a prediction and the cap off time to make predictions have passed will the match still be visible on the prediction form or will it only show matches that haven’t started?

Default behavior is that the plugin will keep showing the matches.

The only-open-matches plugin will hide matches that are closed (cap off time has passed), if I am not mistaken.

If you prefer something different, it should be fairly easy to change the logic of the extension plugin to use another condition to hide matches. If you have some PHP knowledge.

Ok thanks hiding the close match is the behavior we want
