Users not showing up

Hi!
When I check my user lists there is a big difference between the users in Users>All users and in Wangguard users.
In Wangguard users I find 3768 users and in my WordPress users list I find 3113 users.
I have some users that never get their accounts activated and when I check the Wnagguard user list I notice that a lot of users are marked with red.
What is wrong or do I have to do something to get it all working correctly?
