Users not receiving emails when they register

Hello, I have a wordpress site that allows users to register their accounts. Registration works well and the account is created, however, the user does not receive the account created email that has the link to set password. I however receive an email that indicates a user has registered to my site.

Even in the email logger, only the email sent to my email but none sent to the new user.

Please help resolve this.
