    Hi there,

    I am having an issue where users are not receiving their download link in the email. They are not receiving any emails after their purchase.

    I can see in the order section that the orders are set to processing by default and not being marked to completed. I have tried to manually set an order to completed, but they still haven’t received the emails.

    In my product page, I have the product set to Downloadable with a URL as the download link.

    Does anyone know why users are not receiving their download links? Am I missing some settings somewhere?
