Users not created and enrolled in Moodle after payment

    I have made the COD payment and the order was successful. Received the email with Course link, username, and password. When clicking on the link and enter the login details it’s showing “Invalid login, please try again”. When checking the users under Site Administration the user was not created.

    Also, in WordPress moowoodle synchronize setting not able to get the option “Update user info with order info”.

    Do the needful. Thanks.
