User’s ‘my gift cards’ page not working!

  • I was planning to upgrade directly to the premium version of this plugin but there is an error with the way it’s working currently.

    The User View of ‘my gift cards’ page (https://pellwall.com/my-account/gift-cards/) not working! It is showing a blank page and no information about gift cards on the account.

    I googled this issue and found there was a shortcode of [yith_gift_card_check_balance_form] available in the previous version so tried that in the hope it would trigger some kind of content but it did not, I then tried [yith_gift_card] but that did not work either.

    In order to use this plugin I would need active and redeemed gift cards to be shown to my customers.

    Unfortunately, I can’t test it since is a my-account behavior, but maybe you have any conflict with the theme or any plugin.

    If you buy the premium version, you will have access to premium support in which you will receive assistance in all the problems you have related to our plugins.

    I will check for conflicts and report back.

    I realise purchasing the plug-in will entitle me to support but I’m sure you will appreciate that I do not want to purchase something that isn’t currently working (at least in my case).

    We understand completely your opinion in this case.

    Like our answer above, maybe the problem is caused by the integration with the theme or another plugin, could you please try disabling all other plugins (only allow WooCommerce and Gift Cards enabled) and change the theme to one of the default WordPress?

    Anyways this shortcode is not available on this version of the plugin:
    [yith_gift_card_check_balance_form]
    And this one [yith_gift_card] doesn′t exist on the plugin.

    Just in case, seems I had the same problem. I solved it by register again the permalinks.
