Users must log in to comment error

Hello,

On my website https://greyismanga.com, Discussion settings are saved to allow anyone to comment without any moderation, yet I still have “Log in to leave comment” on posts

The post itself had an option to allow comments and it’s checked as well.

I can’t tell if it’s a problem with the theme or anything else.
