Users missing in Settings

Hi There,

I’ve installed Admin Columns as it’s recommended by WordPress Pods but I’m having difficulty when moving from a development environment to a live one. On the development machine (a single site on a local install in a virtual machine) in Admin Columns->Settings I can see Post type, Comments, Media and Users

In the live site (a site on a multisite), Admin Columns->Settings only shows Post type, Comments and Media ie Users is missing.

I’ve got the same plugins running on both. Am I missing something or do you think I’ve set something up incorrectly?
