Users Media/Gallery

I’m looking for plugin to allow all authors/contributors upload images to they personal assigned gallery/folder which is accessible only to the gallery owner and site admin. Owner of gallery should see only his/her images. Gallery need to be created automatically with user’s username at signup and locate like: mydomain.com/users/joe-doe/

I was searching trough plugin directory and web for long time, couldn’t find anything usable. Maybe I just miss something.
Any good advice?
