Users Logged Out Every 5min

    Hi there,

    I am having an issue with users being logged out of the website every 5min or so. The ‘Force Logout’ setting is disabled, so is there any other setting that could be causing this behaviour?

    Hi @kombimedia,

    No, the AIOS plugin does not have any settings other than Force Logout.

    Please cross-check again in WP Security > User security > Force logout.

    Disable the AIOS plugin from the Plugin list and cross-check if it solves the issue.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Force Logout was definitely disable, but the issue seems to have resolved anyway. Possibly cookies? Seemed to come good shortly after cleaning out the .htaccess file.

    Hi @kombimedia,

    Yes, WordPress login uses cookies so if cookies are removed or expired after 5 mins.

    It may logout the user but it is not part of AIOS functionality.
