Users List is Not Displaying All Users

    First, thanks in advance for your help.

    I appear to have 84 users but only 5 are real and I suspect the rest are spam (because I don’t have a place for users to sign up on my site). Here’s a link to my site: un-ruly.com/.

    I’d like to delete all the spam users but, can’t because when I try to view them, no users are displayed when I view the subscribers list despite the system saying that I have 74 subscribers. I even have a contributor, author and admin that’s not visible. I’m worried that this might be a security issue. I previously had the SABRE plugin installed but just uninstalled so I can try another spam plugin.

    Any advice/pointers anyone can give on this issue will be much appreciated.

  • Hi :),

    First of all, disable the option “Anyone can register” in Dashboard >> Settings >> General. So that no one can register until you enable it.

    Further, there must be a plugin which might be preventing the Users list to show. So disable all the plugins and check again.
