That is correct, but, keep in mind that:
1- Previous subscriber (prior to deleting history) is deleted and will not count towards your free pricing tier. This happens (delete operation) when a push message is sent out and our system is able to determine that the prior subscription is no longer valid. So, although, you are re-subscribed automatically every time you clear history, you are really counted as a single subscriber from a billing standpoint.
2- Once you delete history, you are re-subscribed automatically. You are not shown the prompt again.
3- This automatic re-subscription also happens when your subscription endpoint expires.
Unlike e-mail addresses, subscription endpoints are not stable (they change and expire/become-invalid over time). Our plugin is designed to make sure that as the subscription endpoint changes over time for a user who has previously opted in to receive notifications, that it is able to capture the most recent and accurate information and sync it with our servers for optimal push delivery.
