Users get redirected when attempting to view the homepage

    We have the setting “Can view default homepage?” checked for the “Customer” user role, but the users are still being redirected to the “user” page when attempting to view the homepage.

    How many roles are assigned to your test account? If there’s more than 1 role, you must make the Customer role a primary role by adding a Priority Number in the User Role settings.

    Hi Champ,

    We did actually manage to resolve this issue. It turns out that the “Can view default homepage?” setting does not work unless there is a priority assigned to the users in the UM settings.

    I’m not sure if this is the intended functionality of the plugin, but once we assigned a priority of 100 to all users, they were able to view the homepage again. Prior to this, we had no priorities assigned to any users.

    This includes users who only have one role assigned to them.
