    Hi,

Some of our users, and myself, encountering an error when trying to log in to their user account on our woo commerce shop. It seems to be related to users having a WordPress account as well, because most of our users have no issues but i have it as well. Any help on that available?

    Kind Regards

    Hi Gruenzeugs,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support. I understand you and some of your users are experiencing an error when trying to log in to your WooCommerce shop. It seems that there might be a problem with the email verification process for your users. This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme.

To fix this issue, I suggest you try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that all your plugins and themes are updated to the latest version. You can check for updates in the plugin section.
    2. Deactivate all your plugins except for WooCommerce and see if the error persists. If it does not, then activate them one by one until you find the culprit.
    3. If none of the plugins are causing the problem, please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Thanks a lot. It was indeed a Security Plugin which altered the WP-Admin-login-Page for another Email Confirmation. But somehow it altered the User login too, but without showing up the additional field for our users who have an WordPress-account related to the same email address…sometimes it’s so weird…thx nonetheless!
