Users get confirmation email, but didn't check the signup button in CF7

Today with the new Update from Mailpoet and CF7 the Mailpoet – Contact Form 7 Integration don’t work any longer!

Work fine.
But I still have the issue, if a user didn’t checked the mailpoetsignup checkbox they still get a confirmation email. That’s a absolutely nogo.
What can be the problem?

When testing I too found that an unticked box was still sending out a confirmation email to the user and adding the user as a subscriber, although not to any list.

Can you update me when you have a fix as I think it’s a good plugin otherwise.
