  • are you downloading the CSV file from the link near the top of the Settings page for Email Before Download?

    in the form you created in Contact Form 7, did you use “your-email” as the field name for the email field (like it shows in the Screenshots)?

    Oh that’s totally it – I was downloading it from another place (not that it should matter, right?) Anwyay – all fixed, thanks a lot.

    I suspect you were downloading the Download Monitor csv log file rather than the Email Before Download csv log. The DM log has some info in it, but the EBD log file has extra stuff like the data the user types into your form (name, email address).
