Users don’t work correctly

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for the great plugin.

    I have a problem with the users.

    Although I get the visitor’s details the user detail is almost never there.
    Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing your concerns with us.

    I guess the issue happened because of the plugin misconfiguration.
    Please make sure the following options are enabled:
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Visits > Visits
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Visitors > Visitors
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Visitors > Log Visitors Pages
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Visitors > User Visits Column
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Pages and Posts > Pages
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Pages and Posts > Track All Pages

    Please check the other features and enable/disable them if needed.
