Users don’t receive the link by e-mail to login!!

    Hi,

    I just put up a new WordPress site on IIS in production.

    Users are able to register by typing their User Id and email account. However,they never recieve an email for their password.

    Note: I changed the WordPress URL from an IP address number to an
    URL name after the installation in General Settings. Could this have caused the issue with?

    Please advice.
