Users don't receive emails

    Hello Akash,

    Thank you for your post.

    Users Ultra uses the default WP function to send email. So.. it looks like an issue with your server.

    Please make sure you’re setting an email address in the notification tab.

    If that doesn’t help out, you may need to send your email through SMTP.

    You should always use an SMTP plugin. For example, Gmail will not RECEIVE mail delivered through a third-party server, such as your host, it has to come through smtp.gmail.com, and the FROM address has to an address you own. The default [email protected] usually won’t do these days.

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You’re right, SMTP is the best way to avoid the “blacklist” and spam filters.
