The connection between moodle and wordpress occurs without any issue, almost everything working fine, except the enrollment part, when a user buy a course/product they supposed to be enrolled at the course they bought, but no, the purchase are done and even email was sended tellig his was enrolled, but in practice nothing happened, I’ve done just like the documentation, what should I do or check in order for this work?

    Hello @gabrielcury

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to debug the issue.

    A. Ensure you have the current version of the Edwiser Bridge v2.1.2 (On Moodle/WordPress) and WooCommerce Integration v2.1.7 plugin on the WordPress site.

    B. The Edwiser Bridge courses on WordPress should be published and not a draft.

    C. In the respective WooCommerce Products:
    1) Check if Virtual and Downloadable are checked.
    2) Check if the course is associated with the Product in the WooCommerce Integration Tab.

    D. Check if the language code in the Edwiser general settings matches the default language code used in Moodle.

    E. In Moodle Navigate to Site administration > Users > Accounts > User default preferences > Email display and check if it is set to Allow everyone to see my email address.

I hope this helps you resolve this issue. If the issue persists please contact us.

    Thanks,
    Team Edwiser.
