users do not access restricted content

    i have some pages with restricted content, and users with permissions to access those pages sometimes enter without problems, but others times cannot enter…

    i have tried everything, change the permission, deactivate and activate the restriction, clear the caches … why is this happening?

    Hi @carlosburgos,

    Does your users has multiple user roles? In that case you need to apply restriction for all of them or use role priority.
