On my account it says I have 2 active users while days ago I have more like 20, and the new active users graph only shows two which days go was showing more.
The total attempts sent to unique users of my last notification is 15 and failed 13. So I don’t understand. Does 13 people unsubscribed at same time? What’s no longer active? It’s strange but even if they unsubscribed it should show it on the new active users graph when they subscribed.
The previous notification sent three days ago has 19 attempts and 16 successfully sent.

    Hi there,

the graph and the active user count only shows users that our platform can successfully send push notifications to. Such a large delta is not normal unless:

1- You collected the 19 subscribers over a period of time and sent them your first push notification three days ago. Subscription endpoints become invalid for a multitude of reasons including but not limited to: when a user clears history, if a user actively unsubscribes, if a user does not visit your site for sometime.
2- You have more than one push plugin installed and active on your site. Forexample, if you have both Webpushr and a different push vendor active on your site, it can create conflict where neither will function properly.

    Hope this helps.

Ok, thanks for the answer, didn’t know subscriptions canceled after browser clean or inactivity.
