Users didn’t get the achievement from minimum points

    Hi,

    Im facing the issue that the users didn’t get their achievement from a “minimum number of points” option.

    Im using the “points per puchase total” addon, which is working fine, since the users got their points (saw in the log, and checked in the user’s profile)

    But the issue is they don’t get the achievement after reaching a specific amount of points.

    Really appreciate the help!

    Hi @pmarci

    If you are using the “Reach to balance” event, the earnings that users have will be taken into account in the total balance of points that you can see in the user profile.

    If you are using the “Earn an amount of points” event, in this case the total balance of points is not taken into account, but rather the points earned by the user from the moment the event was configured. If in this case you configure that the user must earn 100 points, it does not matter that the total balance is already 100 points, they must earn that amount for the event to be launched

    The user get the amount. It’s in the log, and I have verified through the their user profile.

    The “Earn an amount of points” event don’t trigger, but they have the amount in their account.

    This settings were good, because we used it in the last month and everybody got their achievement. This bug started about 2-3 days ago, but we haven’t changed anything.

    Thanks for your explanation.

    We have released version 6.9.6.2 fixing the bug that was happening with the Earn an Amount of Points event.
