Users: Check your SHARE button in IDX Listings

The issue you are referring to has a fix scheduled to be released here in the next few days. I know our team here sent you an email earlier today with a temp fix as well which you are definitely free to implement. But either way we should see this resolved here very soon.

I definitely understand that this is an important feature to you and while we do our best to fix reported issues quickly, not all can be fixed as quickly as we all might prefer. But we always do take all reported issues seriously and work to get them resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks for touching base.

Yes, they did email me a beta, which I installed & tested. Unfortunately, it does not fully address the problem and caused other problems, which I outlined for them in my response.

a SHARE button and no fixing yet it says it all about this plugin

Even worse than the SHARE buttons not working recent listings continue to show on error status ‘We’re sorry, but we ran into a temporary problem while trying to load the real estate data. Please check back soon.’ using the same examples above:

we are talking months now and no fixing
maybe is about time for realtors using this plugin to join forces with all the realtor boards
deceptive advertising the plugin doesn’t deliver what it promises how come you are going to promise SEO when all new recent published listings are on error status internal server error and listings are not shareable on social media

Can you confirm whether/not the Share Button has been fixed in version 3.1.0 that was released today?

Yes, the “share” feature has also been fixed. Website visitors will be able to share listings via Google, Facebook, and email.
