Users can’t unsubscribe to the newsletter

  • Good plugin except for a very important feature missing: readers can’t unsubscribe to newsletters.
    A unsubscribe button can be included to the message but it doesn’t work. No matter what you do, when users click it, they will see a message “No subscription linked to this email” and their subscription will remain active.

    This issue may be due to some different reasons and be sure this is working on our side.
    There’s probably something wrong which needs to be checked.
