Users cant reset password approved in admin

    Hi I have set up the plugin and it seems to be working fine – but then when some old users who were imported from another platform or user created in the wp admin went to reset their password they all get this message

    Your account is still awaiting admin approval. Reset Password is not allowed.

    if i register via your form and reset it is fine.

    all users are showing as approved in the admin
    for example fiachra at digitalideas.ie is an admin user and marked as approved created in the wp-admin
    and email deleted was created via your form

    How can i mark all old users as approved so they can create passwords

    Sorry, but the thread had been marked as resolved by accident.
