Hi, I use the woocommerce my-account page for user login and sign ups.
However when they sign up their account is created in the system but when they try to login they can’t, the page simply refreshes and nothing happens.

Apparantly it happens because they didn’t Activate their account from the Email message they received, sadly this is very confusing as no where during the sign up process they are being told they need to activate their account in order to use it, and there is also no error message saying “you need to activate your account in order to sign in”

How can I enable such error messages?
How can I tell the users they need to verify their email?

You can try to sign up and see the process yourself here :

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi @orelqr

    Thank you for reaching out!

After creating an account, do the users receive any confirmation link in their email to activate the account? If yes, can you share a screenshot of that? We recommend using https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

they can’t login untill they verify their email.
Thats good, how ever I’d like to make sure they recieve some sort of error code when they try to log in since there is none at the moment.
nothing that says “you need to verify your email” or something.
