Users cant create a new review after page optimization

Hi,
I have done all the necessary page optimization like CSS combine and JS combine, etc.
The problem is on the product page, the reviews are visible but the review box to create new reviews is missing.

I can see that review box when I am logged in as an administrator as all the optimization is disabled for admin.
