• I sell Sensei LMS Pro courses through Woocommerce.
Customers cannot change their (user-)names and email in the account page.
Woo settings seem to be ok. As customers also get email notifications from Sensei on that address, user address management is necessary.
If not solvable, i would like to hide all elements except the password fieldset with CSS. I managed to hide first and last name, but I can’t find the distinct classes or id’s of the elements ‘username’ and emailaddress.
Classes seem to be ‘woocommerce-form-row woocommerce-form-row–wide form-row form-row-wide’ but these classes also apply to the password fieldset, which I do not want to hide.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @persoonlijkvaardiger,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you’re having issues with customers not being able to change their usernames and email addresses on the account page. This is a bit strange, as WooCommerce by default allows customers to change their account details.

Before we can proceed further with hiding all elements, could you please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Also, when changing their details are they seeing any error messages maybe? Could you share a screen recording of the behavior when changing their details? You can use a screen recording of your choice or this one and share the link here.
