Users cannot subscribe from form.

    Hi there,

    We got a couple of emails from people who tried to subscribed but got no confirmation email. We tried ourselves to subscribe with a different email but nothing happens. No spinning image, no message, nothing. In fact, the email we enter is greyed out.

    Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

    Can you please try deactivating other plugins, check if the subscription form works and re-activate each of them? We think there is a plugin conflict.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the reply. I have deactivated all plugins and checked everything, nothing worked. Cleared browser cache also without results.

    As a side note, I noticed that (with or without other plugins active) when I click on subscribe on the bottom left of the window I see “waiting for facebook…” appearing briefly.

    Any ideas? Thanks.
