    Hi All,
    I am using the free version of Awesome support ticketing system, and implemented it on my website. When I create a ticket for a user, and then attach a file, they can see the message but unable to see the attachment.
    I tried to resolve the issue with capabilities.. but with no luck!

    FYI, I checked the “Do not mask the Attachment Links” option on advanced tab of setting as well.. but still doesn’t work.

    Any assistance through this would be really appreciated.

    Could you please check if you are using the latest version of Awesome Support or not? Please also check the PHP version.
    I’d recommend backing up your site and updating to the Awesome Support Core plugin version 6.0.7.

    Thanks for the recommendations!

    I updated Awesome Support to 6.0.7, but the issue is still here. My server PHP version is 7.4.26.

    Any suggestion please?

    Hi @yali6027

    Is it a specific user or all users, in general, who cannot see the attachment? I’d suggest you create a fresh user and check with it. Let me know the results.
