Users cannot see attachments

Hi All,
I am using the free version of Awesome support ticketing system, and implemented it on my website. When I create a ticket for a user, and then attach a file, they can see the message but unable to see the attachment.
I tried to resolve the issue with capabilities.. but with no luck!FYI, I checked the “Do not mask the Attachment Links” option on advanced tab of setting as well.. but still doesn’t work.
Any assistance through this would be really appreciated.
