Users cannot retake courses

  • Hi,

    Users have been notifying that they are unable to retake the course. This happens when they take the quiz, fail and then try to retake. I’ve gone onto the course and enabled retaking, but it has not resolved the issue. What am I missing?

    Originally one of these options was clicked by error however I fixed this but students are still experiencing the same issue?

    Students are reporting the following error message,

    “This content is protected, please enroll course to view this content!”.

    Maybe the student has finished the course so he can’t continue to learn the course. He is need re-purchase or you can edit for this user like this You can change your database
    Step 1: Find the ID of User https://prnt.sc/1064l5y
    Step 2: Find the ID of Course https://prnt.sc/1064lsa
    Step 3: Please go to your database -> Find Table wp_learnpress_user_items
    Step 4: In table -> Find row have user_id = ID of user , item_id = ID of Course, item_type is lp_course
    Step 5: Change finished to enrolled then Save
