When my staff members go to their editing link a message pops up that ‘This page isn’t working centraliapubliclibrary.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE’

I need help before I lose my mind completely… thank you.

The issue is probably with the link?
    Your https://example.com/wp-login.php/ page is available.
This is where https://example.com/wp-admin/ redirects to.
(Replace “example” with your own domain name – I am not including it here for your privacy, as the “The page I need help with” requires login and is therefore not accessible by search engines.)

The Login Link on the meta widget on your homepage is also redirecting properly.

I note that your website allows login with a WordPress.com account.
If this is not achieved via a JetPack plugin on a self-hosted site, I’m assuming you’re hosting on WordPress.com
Since you need a paid account to be able to use a custom domain on .com last time I checked, that should make you eligible for live chat support.
www.remarpro.com is staffed by volunteers. Even though there are lots of people willing to help, if you are paying for dedicated support, that is probably a much better option for you ??

Thank you! I tried using the WordPress.com but was told to go to the .org support page. This is very frustrating for us. I’d LOVE to have an option for Live chat support but having no luck am about to throw in the towel which is sad because we really need it to work. Being a Public Library, you’d think we would have a .org site but our Director at the time didn’t know what they were doing, obviously.

www.remarpro.com (where you are now) provides free software that people can use to build websites.
The volunteers in these forums have no access to your website.

    WordPress.com hosts websites.
If your website is hosted by WordPress.com, they provide support to people who have a hosting subscription with them – and they actually have access to those people’s websites.
It looks like you may be hosted by them, since there is an option to log in to your site using a WordPress.com username.

Hope this helps clarify things ??

My ISP was flagging those links, got it figured out. Thank you!
