Users cannot log in – “Wrong username or password”

    When users attempt to log into the site via the login button in the top right of the home page, it does not send them to the normal log in page, but just gives them the message “Wrong username or password”. I contacted my hosting company, who wasn’t able to resolve the problem and suggested perhaps the plugin has broken. I’m using the free version of the plugin. Is there something I can do to remedy this problem? I’m not a developer so any help is appreciated.
