Users cannot leave comments — rejected as spam

I haven’t allowed comments on my site until a recent post seemed appropriate for it (URL provided). A user logged in and tried to leave a comment, but when he tried to submit it, it was rejected as spam. I logged in myself and was able to leave a test message. Is there somewhere I can adjust settings? Could he have been rejected because he’s in Russia? Any help would be much appreciated!
