users cannot edit their account

  • Hi, unfortunately our users can’t change their personal information on the account page. We are using ultimate member together with the plugins advanced custom fields pro, super progressive web apps, user role editor and autoptimize.
    What we’ve tried: disable all the other plugins, delete cache when visiting the account page, add the wp-filter ‘superpwa_sw_never_cache_urls’ on the ultimate member sites to avoid that they are cached by the super pwa plugin. We also updated ultimate member to the latest version. Instead of using [ultimatemember_account] we also tried to use a profile form but this cannot be edited as well.
    Does anyone have any suggestions what could be the problem?

    Hi @pro5,

    Please make sure that you’ve assigned the correct account page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages and make sure that the User page assigned as User and Account page as Account.
    Account page should only contain [ultimatemember_account]

    Hi,
    thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, we’ve also already tried switching those two pages. Our account page only contains [ultimatemember_account] as content, but we included get_header(); and get_footer(); in the template for our styling, but we also tried deleting that.
