Users can sign up, but they’re not getting added to list/recieve mail

    I got a mailchimp account and that one works. Users can sign up, get a confirmation email, confirm and be on the list.

    I’ve sat up MC4WP with my WordPress site.

    Status is ‘Connected’/Green with my API key. Under ‘List Name’ is my Mailchimp List. Users sign up and get’s a message with ‘Succesfully signed up…”. I can also see it in the debug log (which I changed to Logging: Everything): “[2020-04-28 08:44:47] INFO: Form 35 > Successfully subscribed aber**@kl*********.dk”.

    However they’re never getting an email. I’ve tried 4 different domains and also with different prefixed for the two of the mails.

    What is wrong?

    Under MailChimp for WP > Form > Settings, make sure you have Double opt-in turned On, that way you will receive the email. With double opt-in turned off for that form the user will still be added but it will be seen as “imported” and thus not receive the final welcome email.
