• We recently purchased the pro version of your plugin because we needed a file upload system that would allow authors and admins to upload and download files from the front-end of the site. We have installed the plugin and followed the instructions noted here: https://najeebmedia.com/blog/wordpress-file-sharing/
We’ve created a shortcode in our page to a folder that should be publicly accessible to the administrator, author and subscriber rolls. We’ve also tried just making it accessible to authors, but no matter what roles we assign to it, users are not able to see the files that other users upload. They are only ever able to see their own documents and files.
Do you have any ideas how this can be fixed and why it is happening?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @gagem please make sure “every user see all user files” settings enable and disable “only admin see all user files”

    Thanks

In the free version, is a user able to see uploaded files from others? I’m asking because it’s not working for me – only seeing the own uploaded files…
    Thank you!
