Users can not use Secure Invites

I’m using WP 3.1 + BP 1.2.8 + Secure Invite 1.1.4.1
Invite Friends just works to Admin. No users can use it, the link on the dashboard menu is not showing up for anyone other than admin.
But, there is a broken panel in dashboard. Look: https://www.forumead.com.br/arquivos/bug.jpg
