Users can modify their own restricted taxonomy settings on own profile page

Plugin seems awesome, but I don’t see that much of use, because any user can log in to WP dasboard and change his own category no matter of their user level.
It’s not much of restricting user posting to another categories if user can change it (or remove restrictions of their account completely).
