• After installing… I did some minor testing… all worked well. Fast forward 1 month… waiting to announce a new product… 34 users in the waiting list… clicked “Send the email to the users” BOOM – “An error has occurred, please try again.” Tried several times… updated inventory… put out of stock.. put back in stock.. continued to try… continue to get “An error has occurred, please try again.” If you’re looking for a solution to inform users (Customers) when a product is available.. I can’t recommend using this plugin at all. This was definitely a waste of time. My customers will probably visit again later… just to check in… so, we won’t lose them as customers… but, YITH will need to work on this plugin… as I see others are having the same issue. If you need a reliable plugin… move on.
