Users bell icon disappears on refresh

    If an agent replies to a user when they do not have the chat window open, they get the Bell badge on upper right of widget. But if they go to another page (right when message comes in), refresh the page or have left the website and come back, there is no bell even through there is a message for them to read. Not sure of this is a bug or gap but this plug-in would meet all my requirements if this could be resolved.

    Thank you for getting in touch and our apologies for the delay in response.

    Unfortunately, these bubble notifications are real-time notifications. This means that they are not maintained across multiple pages at this point in time.

    With that said, we will definitely be adding a more robust version of this to a future version of the system as we realize this would be useful when moving between pages.
