Users being moved to unsubscribed in mailchimp, when they update their profile

Hello there.

I have searched this forum and have done other Google searches, but I cannot seem to figure out the answer to my question.

The registration process works fine for my site, and integrates with Mailchimp no problem. However, if a member updates something in their profile (i.e. phone number), they get “unsubscribed” from the Mailchimp list.

I have a member profile page which uses the “S2Member-Profile” shortcode.

I currently have “Double Opt-In Checkbox flagged as “No” and I have Automate Un-Subscribe checked with the first 3 boxes “Anytime a user is deleted”

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
